College Football
With two heavyweight NCAA Division I schools, UCLA and USC -- not to mention a fearsome rivalry between them -- Los Angeles very well may be the most exciting city in the country for college sports.

While the UCLA Bruins and the USC Trojans compete head-to-head in 18 varsity sports, it's men's football and basketball that attract the nation's full attention -- the event of the year being the annual football battle for the Victory Bell.

Bounded by Sunset Boulevard to the north, UCLA features the most famous college football stadium, the Rose Bowl. With a 90,000-fan seating capacity, the stadium is home to Bruins football games and has played host to the Olympic Games and the World Cup.

The home of the University of Southern California's Trojan football team, the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum was also used for two Olympic Games. Located in Exposition Park in South Central LA's University Park neighborhood, this venue often reaches its 92,000-person capacity.
