It's never too early to start shopping for unique Christmas gifts, and Long Beach's Harvest Festival is the perfect place to begin.

This 35-year-old touring arts festival features more than 300 artisans displaying their unique, handmade items, from independent clothing lines and one-of-a-kind Christmas decorations to handmade dolls and toys. Other selections include handmade furniture, pottery, and sculpture, impressive woodworks, gourmet foods, and anything else your heart desires! Kids will also find plenty to amuse themselves with in the Kid Zone, where they are encouraged to craft their own creative works.

This annual traveling festival hits the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center in mid-September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. All adult tickets are valid for re-entry all weekend long, and kids younger than 12 enter for free.
