LA Pride Parade - Los Angeles Hotels .com

LA's annual Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans Pride celebrations take place in the neighborhood of West Hollywood (also fondly referred to as WeHo) and center around a large-scale Pride Parade down Santa Monica Boulevard on the Saturday of the June festival.

The first LA Pride Parade was in 1970, a year after New York's historic Stonewall Riots, and it has been carrying the rainbow flag of diversity and equality forward ever since. In addition to the LGBT parade, the LA Pride celebration has expanded to include a Friday night Dyke March and rally, and other festivities spanning the entire weekend.

The LA Pride festival grounds offer a wide selection of live music stages, dance parties, and entertainment pavilions ranging from family friendly to erotic city. All are welcome at this event. Tickets are $15 advance or $20 at the gate.
