At Universal Studios Hollywood (100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City), LA's biggest attraction, you will be able to take a studio tour, visit an amusement park, and stroll through a giant outdoor megamall.

This movietropolis has 420 acres of actual movie sets and a guided tour to take you through them all. After touring the sets, hit the movie-themed rides, then meander through Universal CityWalk, where you'll have your choice of restaurants and shops.

Warner Bros. Studios (3400 Riverside Drive, Burbank) transports you to another world. This two-plus-hour tour takes groups of 12 through the studio's backlot streets, sound stages, and sets. Visitors may even get a glimpse of TV shows and movies being taped or edited.

For those who love late night talk shows and other NBC hits, NBC Television Studios (3000 W. Alameda Ave., Burbank) is the place to be. NBC Studios is the only TV studio that gives visitors a real, behind-the-scenes look at TV entertainment.

And the only major studio still in Hollywood, Paramount Pictures (5555 Melrose Ave.) gives a two-hour walking tour with a historical emphasis. Tour-goers will get a real-life look at working movie and television facilities.
